Welcome to a web shop full of beads and findings in sterling silver, gold filled, vermeil and copper! Here you will get the real deal; we don't trade in base metal findings or silver platings, and all the gold coloured items are either 14/20 gold filled or gold plated sterling silver (vermeil).

We are based in Sweden, but we ship to all countries within the European Union. We are preparing the web shop for translation to English. If you have any questions about the items or about our sales policy you can contact us at info@silvergrejs.se.

Payment and Delivery Options

We accept advance payment through wire transfer to our bank account or through credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, American Express). Credit card payments are handled securely by CertiTrade, www.certitrade.net using encrypted forms. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and is not read by anyone else than your bank.

All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (25%). We only accept payment in Swedish Kronor (SEK). If you pay by credit card, the currency exchange will be done automatically by your bank. Please consult your credit card company for information on exchange rates and fees. If you pay through wire transfer, your bank can help you with the currency exchange.

We ship to all countries within the European Union. Orders are normally shipped through postal services. The shipment and handling fees for international orders are as follows:

Order value 1-149 SEK: 45 SEK
Order value above 150 SEK: 25 SEK

Return Policy

You can return any items for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery. We do not refund the postage and handling fee for returned items. Contact us before returning any items.

Inspect the items as soon as you receive them. Contact us if you have received a broken or faulty item. We will replace any broken or faulty items and reimburse your costs for returning broken or faulty items, but do not return any items until you hear from us.
